What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work (for example, keeping you signed in); others track you for analytics or advertising.
If you are a visitor
Browsing the site, registering or paying does not set any cookies from us. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
Cookies we set (staff only)
When a coach or admin signs in, we set the cookies below. They are strictly necessary — the sign-in cannot work without them — so they do not require consent.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps a staff member signed in to the admin console or gate (set by our sign-in provider, Supabase). May be split into numbered parts. | Until sign-out or expiry |
Third-party services
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Paystack — when you pay, you move to Paystack's checkout page, which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Linktree — we only link to these. They set no cookies unless you click through to their sites.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking our sign-in cookie only affects staff, who would be unable to stay signed in. Blocking third-party cookies may stop the embedded map from working.
